All bookings are confirmed on receipt of a completed booking form and full payment. If booking online, full details where possible should be provided on the online booking system at the time of booking. Card payment is accepted when booking via the website.

Where bookings cannot be made via the website, we do accept booking requests via email or telephone.

Where payments cannot be made by card, we do accept payment by bank transfer, however, please note that payment is required upfront or within 5 working days prior to our courses.
